Chip Seinfeld is the funnier, more talented younger brother of Jerry Seinfeld. He is a star on websites such as funny or die, crackle, and qoob.
He is currently living in Columbus, Ohio and actively performs comedy at bowling alleys, titty bars, gas stations, and super markets. He calls himself the “Innovator of the Micro Comedy Movement”. This movement involves performing comedy in ways it has never been done before.
Chip was the creator of The Chip Chronicles, an episodic series of shorts that never got produced. The series was very similar to Seinfeld, but about the meaning of life, in other words, it was supposed to be a show about everything. However, many obstacles were put in Chip’s way and his brother stole his idea and turned it into his own show. Jerry made a few changes, such as making his show about nothing, and became a cultural icon while Chip was buried in his shadow.
Chip believes his show was revolutionary because it was the first episodic show that was shorter than the 30 minute standard. He pitched it to every major network, who all loved his idea, but couldn’t find a way to fit it into their television structure. He got the Columbus Cable Access station to agree to air his show, but soon after the station lost funding and was shut down. Years passed as Chip watched his brother get more and more famous from an idea that was his own. Now with the popularity of interner video Chip has the opportunity to see his idea come into fruition. The idea that he said would revolutionize the tv industry has finally come into form. He invented short content tv programming years before the internet existed.
He owes his brother over $147,000, but believes he will be a millionaire soon and will be able to pay back all his debts to his brother and the many other people he owes. He wants everyone to understand that he intends to pay back all outstanding debts, so please take a chill pill and have patience.
