Who the f#ck is Chip Seinfeld? is a feature-length motion picture that follows Chip Seinfeld on his unsuccessful journey of trying to capture the fame and fortune that has eluded him all these years. Unlike his very successful brother, Chip lives a pathetic life filled with delusions of grandeur. Chip feels that Jerry owes him everything for the career that Jerry has found. He also believes he’s gonna show the world that he is the funnier Seinfeld.
